Dear Parents,
Welcome to the band family! We know that joining a large organization can be a bit overwhelming for both parents and students. However, just as your student has a “section lead” to answer their questions and walk them through the ins and outs of marching band, parents have resources as well.
The Band Boosters offers a mentoring program to new and returning parents. These mentors are available to answer any questions you might have about the marching season, or band in general. They can help you with questions about medical forms, uniforms, volunteering, or any other concerns you may have during the season. They are especially knowledgeable about your student’s particular section/instrument. Please do not hesitate to call or email your section mentor for any questions or concerns you may have regarding band. And as always, the committee chairs and I are also available to answer any questions.
